Enjoy a group meal in Barcelona with friends, colleagues or family at Macondo. We take care of all the details for you to enjoy a great caribbean dining experience.

In Macondo you can book the main salon at the first floor, which holds a party up to 35 people (seated) and up to 50 people (standing cocktail setting) . On the second floor there is another private dining option which holds up to 22 people (seated) and up to 30 people (standing). For smaller parties there is also the Macondo private room ideal for 8 people.

MENU A (25 euros per person)

Starters

Boronia salad

Aubergine, Costeño cheese, Plantain, Cherry tomatoes.

Patacones with shredded meat

Fried plantain slices topped with shredded beef cooked in homemade tomato and onion sauce.

Salmon Ceviche with Passion Fruit

Fresh salmon marinated in lime juice, with a touch of passion fruit

Main Courses

Skirt steak with a beer, tomato and onion sauce

Skirt steak baked for 4 hours at low temperature and finished on the grill before serving. It is served with a sauce made with beer, tomato, onion and thyme.

Fish of the day with seafood based sauce

Grilled fish of the day with seafood based sauce, served with coconut rice

“Sinuano” rice

Very tasty dish that combines bomba rice, beef, chicken, pork ribs and black beans, plantains and

melted cheese

Desserts

Passion fruit pudding

The very appetizing passion fruit with a mascarpone cream on a crispy cookie. A mixture that delights the senses.

 Tres Leches

Sponge cake soaked in three different kind of milk with a caramel topping

Tuna and sesame seeds ceviche
Tuna marinated in lime juice, coconut milk accompanied with cucumber, diced beetroot and sesame seeds

Prawns Salad
Lettuce salad with prawns covered in kadaif dough, nuts and passion fruit vinaigrette.

Cheesse arepa with chorizo skewer
Corn flour flat bread, filled with cheese accompanied with grilled chorizo

Seafood Rice
Seafood rice with a touch of coconut milk.

Lamb with mashed yam
Confit leg of lamb with yam puree.
Duck Magret Macondo
Duck breast fillet with mango chutney and cassava puree.
